Landlords Gas Safety check (G2)
- Annual gas safety check (CP12) - includes upto 3 appliances
- Landlord's Certificate
Annual Electrical Safety inspection (E2)
- PAT test (electrical appliances) - upto 6 x appliances
- Visual & functional inspection of fixed wiring including check for exposed wiring, signs of scorching or over heating, broken sockets or light switches etc.
- Check existence of bonding & earthing.
- Test RCD & check sockets for earth loop impedence
- Certificate
Gas Boiler Service (BS)
- Full Boiler service - as recommended by manufacturers
- Detailed Boiler Service report
Landlord Protection Plan (LPP)
- Gas safety (3 gas appliances)
- PAT test (6 electrical appliances)
- Electrical Safety inspection (visual & functional)

Electrical Wiring (Periodic Inspection) (PI)
- Detailed inspection & testing of fixed wiring in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulations BS7671
- Report highlighting condition of wiring & installation
- Recommendations of necessary remedial works
